About Justin

I'm a caring, patient, dependable, and energetic childcare provider with an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. I have hands-on experience working with children in school, clinic, and in-home settings, including children with autism and developmental disabilities. I'm experienced with one-on-one care, daily routines, learning activities, behavior support, and helping children build independence. I truly enjoy creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where children can feel comfortable, supported, and be themselves. I'm also happy to assist with homework, tutoring, meals, and light household needs related to the children.
