About Justice

I am a 23 yr old native New Yorker with years of experience in childcare and tutoring. Most notably, I have worked in the education industry in an elementary setting. In my role, I supported children in the classroom with academics, behavior, routines, and social development. This role has improved my knowledge of working with children with developmental disabilities, behavioral needs, and children across the neurodivergent spectrum. I work with children because it is something that comes naturally to me and brings me genuine joy. I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and positive environment where kids feel comfortable, supported, and free to be themselves. In a perfect world, I would be with one family for a longer period of time, getting to know the kids very well and getting the chance provide specialized and personalized care. Whether it's my ideal role or the chance to hang with the coolest kid ever for just one evening , I'm happy to work with kids and I thank you for trusting me.
