Experience: 3 yrs
I have three years of experience working with children as a nanny and tutor, and I am currently accepting part-time babysitting opportunities. I have worked with children ages 15 months to 10 years through private childcare, Care. com, and educational support. I also worked with Allison Tutoring in California, helping elementary students with reading and math, and volunteered with Best Buddies, leading hands-on activities focused on healthy habits. I enjoy following children's interests, encouraging exploration, and creating meaningful learning opportunities through everyday activities. I believe in helping children develop independence and confidence while offering guidance and support along the way. I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and clear communication. From maintaining routines and supporting developmental milestones to respecting household rules and parents' preferences, I strive to provide attentive, dependable care that gives families peace of mind.
Our sitter has been such a wonderful support to our family. They bring great energy, creativity, and organization to every day always helping with light household tasks and keeping our routines on track. It’s very hard to find a good sitter, but they made our family feel completely comfortable and confident. Our little one absolutely loved them, and we’re so grateful for the care and support they’ve provided!
