She was warm and engaging with my daughter and attentive during playtime. However, there were ongoing reliability and professionalism concerns, including last-minute requests for additional people to cover with her and inconsistent follow-through on basic responsibilities. The final issue was a confirmed shift where she provided an ETA, then stopped responding and did not show or follow up with if she was okay or communicate about the rest of her shifts for the week. Wouldnt hire again.
