About Journey

Hello! My name is Journey, and I am a rising senior at Mercy University studying International Relations and Diplomacy with a minor in Business. I am a responsible, patient, and dependable caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with children and supporting families. Growing up in a large family and assisting in childcare settings has given me experience working with children of different ages and personalities. I have also worked as a tutor, which has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, provide academic support, and create a positive learning environment. Currently, I work at the New York Public Library, where I have developed strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. I believe in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children. Families can count on me to be punctual, caring, and attentive to their child's individual needs.
