About Josiah

Hi! My name is Josiah, and I'm a dedicated paraprofessional with experience providing one on one support to children, teens, and young adults with developmental, behavioral, learning, and daily living needs. I focus on creating a safe, patient, and encouraging environment tailored to each individual. I also have experience caring for my 101-year-old great-grandmother, which has strengthened my patience, compassion, and ability to support older adults with dignity and respect. Alongside my human care experience, I'm very comfortable with animals. I have a retired service dog of my own who is still energetic, and I understand structure, exercise, and consistent care. I've also walked and cared for other people's dogs and enjoy working with pets of all temperaments. Whether it's childcare, special needs support, senior companionship, or pet care, I'm dependable, calm under pressure, and committed to treating every person and pet with kindness and respect.
