About Joseph

I have taught high school, raised a son, and cared for countless children in my life path. I'm patient, funny and honest. If there are specific needs, I can adjust and adapt. Kids love me. I'd describe my personality as spontaneous, gregarious and strong. I like working with kids because they are open vessels who receive knowledge without judgement and are open to discovery. I'm looking for a job that is local to me, financially sufficient and full of laughter. I started teaching High School in the mid 90's, and continued through 2019. I have taught at various levels. In my spare time, I like to hike, cook and garden. One thing you should know about me is that although I am a big person, I have a loving soft core that's as hard as a diamond when need be. My skills include cooking, gardening, sports, languages, educating and nurturing.
