Jocelyn provided exceptional care for my daughter 19-month old daughter, and I am grateful for the kindness, patience and attentiveness she showed her. One thing I especially appreciated was her communication with me. If she ever had a question or was unsure about something, she would always call/ text to confirm with me rather than make assumptions. She also took the time to ask about my preferences, including whether my partner or I wanted picture updates throughout the day, which meant so much to me as a parent. Her thoughtfulness and willingness to keep me informed gave me tremendous peace of mind and made it so much easier to trust that my daughter was in safe and caring hands. She was dependable, nurturing, respectful, and genuinely attentive to my daughter's needs. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for someone who will not only care for their child, but also respect and communicate with them as parents.
