I am a retired Licensed practical nurse, my experience is varied from working as head nurse in a special needs unit, Alzheimer, dementia etc) to hospice nursing. I have worked in home care for much of my career. I can bring not only companion care to my clients but the care of a professional nurse in assessment, management of care and plan of care. Also I am trained in many aspects of home care including providing a safe environment, improving and assisting in ADLS, doctor appts. with the ability to help to explain doctors or nurses findings and course of treatment shopping, cooking and more.
