I am currently working toward my Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula certifications. Jessica came to us and became like a part of our family. She always had a sunny disposition, lots of activities/games, and loved our daughter just like her own. You could hear the positivity, laughter, and love coming from wherever they were when I came home, whether it was outside at a picnic or inside. She is flexible, asks questions about your preferences and updates with scheduling. We absolutely never had any worries or anxieties about our daughter not being properly taken cared for or loved, nor did we ever have any issues with anything. Jessica took care of our baby daughter from the time she was 10 months to 18 months. We were so fortunate to have Jessica with us as long as we did and have been devasted to lose her. If you are on the fence between someone else or Jessica—don’t be—Jessica is a MUST hire.
