About Jessica

Hi there! My name is Jessica. I'm 37 and have been involved in childcare full time, in both home and daycare settings, for nearly two decades and can offer excellent references. I have experience with all age groups, with infants and toddlers being what I would consider my area of expertise. I most enjoy helping little humans learn and grow through hands-on experiences with everything from exploring nature trails, visiting parks and museums (Botanical Gardens, Virginia Aquarium, Norfolk Zoo, Children's museum, etc.) and facilitating fun activities and science experiments in-home. I have two small boys of my own, ages 1 and 4 whom I stay home with during the day so I would probably be an ideal fit with a family looking for either part time evening or weekend care or one looking for a more long-term date night/occasional/errand day working relationship.
