To Whom it May Concern, Jenny M. has been an exceptional nanny over the last three and a half years. She is not only a wonderful best friend and teacher to our daughter, A. but also has become apart of our family. Since A. was just a week old, Jenny has been a constant presence in all our lives. As first-time parents, we were hesitant to entrust our little one anyone, but Jenny quickly earned our trust with her patient and caring approach to our daughter. From crawling to walking, and from potty training to learning colors, reciting the alphabet and counting over 50, we recognize that Jenny has been a driving force behind her growth. We even asked Jenny to speak only Spanish to A. and to our astonishment they now carry-on full conversations in Spanish. It is incredible to see our daughter become fully fluent in two languages so early. Jenny is very active with A. going to classes, parks and libraries. We always felt confident that A. was safe while she was in the care of Jenny. She is very attentive to her and always by her side. Also, Jenny is easy to communicate to, and we always felt we could discuss different developmental plans and approaches with her.
