My goal is to ensure that their time is well-occupied with activities they enjoy and that contribute to their development. I approach each situation with flexibility and an openness to the needs and preferences of both the children and their parents. Pets are always a plus for me! My experience is with many age groups, including infants (0-24 months), young children (4-9 years), and adolescents (12-16 years).
