About Jazmine

I am a Licensed Practical Nurse with 7 years of nursing experience and a genuine passion for caring for older adults. Most recently, I spent 3 years as a Memory Care Charge Nurse, caring for individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Prior to becoming a nurse, I worked as an STNA for 4 years, giving me more than a decade of hands-on caregiving experience. I have worked in memory care, assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, home health, and independent living settings. I believe every person deserves to be cared for with patience, compassion, professionalism, and dignity. I am comfortable assisting with personal care, mobility, companionship, appointments, errands, medication reminders, meals, and daily routines. I am a non-smoker with reliable transportation. Most importantly, I take pride in providing dependable, respectful care while helping each person maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.
