About Jaylin

I have four years of experience working in childcare, with my most recent role as a Lead Teacher overseeing an aftercare program. In this position, I planned daily activities, created a safe and supportive environment, and helped children with homework, creative projects, and social skills. I truly enjoy building positive relationships with kids and families, and I bring patience, organization, and a warm personality to my work. I'm passionate about helping children learn, grow, and feel cared for each day.
