About Jason

I'd describe my personality as friendly, helpful and funny. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy the conversations, listening and learning about their life experiences. I'm looking for a job that provides a sense of purpose through serving those that cannot serve themselves. I started caring for seniors after my mother suffered her third stroke and needed in home care. In my spare time, I like to cook, fish, camp, officiate high school baseball and spend time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I served 22 years in the US Army, 14 of those years as a trauma medic. My skills include strong communication skills (I have a working knowledge of Spanish), I am extremely patient and understanding, I have the training and ability to recognize changes in medical conditions and initiate the appropriate action for treatment.
