Hi, I'm Jaronsa! I've been working in childcare for over 8 years and truly love what I do. I'm passionate about arts and crafts, baking, exploring the outdoors, and helping children learn through play. You can count on plenty of hands-on activities, outdoor adventures, and creative learning woven into our daily routine.

I believe children learn best when they're having fun, so I love finding engaging ways to teach shapes, colors, letters, and numbers through everyday play. I also enjoy introducing sign language, especially to babies and toddlers, as a way to help them communicate before they're able to express themselves with words.

Ms Jaronsa is one of the highlights of our summer. Every day is a mini adventure - from blueberry picking, to bike trips, visiting the library, riding the blue bus and spontaneous bouncey house parties it’s never dull with Ms Jaronsa and I love that she gets to be out and about in the world. 

Jaronsa is an exceptional childcare provider. She is kind, caring, and very wise and intuitive about child-development. She treats my kids like family and their favorite days of the week are “Miss Jaronsa days.” She takes them on adventures and sends cute pics of fun activities she’s planned at home too. Jaronsa is such a gem!

I cannot fully express how much of a gift Jaronsa has been to my daughter and my entire family. She goes above and beyond as a nanny, bringing my daughter on adventures every day and treating her like family. I have seen my daughter's language, social, and fine motor skills grow substantially as a result of having Jaronsa in her life. I cannot recommend Jaronsa enough - she is the best childcare provider my family has ever had. 

Jaronsa was a fantastic nanny for our two boys. She was always on time, came prepared with activities to do each day, and became like part of our family as she got along with the kids so well.

We hired Jaronsa to care for our three boys (ages 1.5, 4.5, and 7.5) for several full days (8:30 to 5) while we were between nannies, and she was FANTASTIC, from both a parent's and a child's perspective. She was extremely polite, professional, and communicative with us, and also a hit with the kids, who are very high-energy. She was also very accommodating and flexible. I wouldn't hesitate to call her in the future for nighttime or weekend sitting when the need arises.

Jaronsa was with our family for over two years. She is absolutely the best! She is dependable, caring, and responsible. She did so much for our family! From school pick-up to distance learning to organizing play dates and helping with homework. She is creative and thoughtful with kids--always thinking of fun activities. She is a steady and unshakeable caregiver--our kids love and respect her! Above all, she kept the safety and well-being of our kids paramount. Our kids grew to an age where we no longer needed a full-time nanny, but we still rely on Jaronsa for occasional babysitting, etc. Any family would be lucky to have Jaronsa as a nanny and caregiver.

Jaronsa has babysat for us a few times and filled in for our nanny when she was on vacation. She is responsible, dependable, patient and trustworthy. She has a true love for, and understanding of children. We could not recommend her more highly.

Jaronsa is one of the most dependent, hard working person I know. When I first met Jaronsa about 2 1/2 years ago in the neighborhood as a fellow nanny myself, I could tell right away that working as a nanny is a passion for Jaronsa. I see this manifest in her communication skills and creative ideas for activities. Jaronsa has a huge heart and has a special kind of love for children.

Jaronsa is one of the hardest working, most dedicated people I know. She is so warmhearted and kind to everyone and will always go above and beyond for anyone. I have worked very closely with Jaronsa and have seen her interact with many children, she is always patient, helpful and nurturing. She is trustworthy, reliable and a wonderful person through and through.

What can I say about Jaronsa, other than that she is everything anyone could want in a nanny. She is absolutely dependable, flexible with requests, and works tirelessly without complaint. More than that, she is kind, thoughtful, caring, and capable. We trust her utterly with our infant daughter, she has given us every reason to put our minds at ease when she watches her.

I don't exaggerate when I say Jaronsa has become another member of our family. We are leaving Milwaukee and are grieving that we will have to find another nanny. The next family to hire Jaronsa will find themselves with an outstanding nanny and wonderful friend.

Jaronsa works full time as a nanny for my family & another family, who bring their child to our home.  Jaronsa has worked for us for almost 2 years & has worked w/ the other family for over 2 years. She also works as a house sitter & dog walker for our family as needed. We travel a lot and I trust her completely with our home $ never worry when we are away. The things I like most about Jaronsa as a caretaker for our child are that she is nearly unflappable (there could be total chaos and she is the epitome of calm), she comes up w/ great learning & play activities for our kids so that they are constantly busy & learning, and she has the knowledge to give us recommendations or advice when needed. She has helped us through sleep regressions, transitions in nap schedules, transitions to drinking cups and silverware. 
I respect her work and work ethic and believe her to be a truly upstanding employee who identifies solutions, is proactive and is very dependable.


Jaronsa has been a member of my family for over two years and honestly I am going to be jealous when she becomes a member of your family! She began nannying for us when my son was five months old (two months old adjusted). Being ten weeks premature and at a high risk for RSV Jaronsa was a life saver. She was comfortable and confidant with our son despite meeting him in the thick of purple crying and horrible reflux. She saw us through.  Her dedication only increased as time went by she was more consistent with everything from tummy time to recording ounces eaten than we were. She was an important part of his care team always diligently following the instructions of his nurse and occupational therapist. All of them are equally impressed with her! In two years I think she might have been sick twice, and both times was when WE gave her the flu! There isn't enough space to cover all of her amazing qualities so just know that Jaronsa is a loving and conscientious 
caretaker.

Jaronsa has been very flexible for our family and overall is a good communicator.  She connected really well with our daughter, who asks for her by name, and they seem to have a lot of fun together.  I can tell from the activities they do together that she is keeping my daughter (2 years) engaged and learning while playing and our whole family enjoys having her.

I cannot begin to find a way to describe this amazing woman. I am a father of 3.  Jaronsa absolutely cared and still cares for my boys as if they were her own. She worked for my family for 3 plus years and I could never repay her, In helping us raise our children. From ABC's, colors, walking, potty-training to talking, she has helped my boys become such smart and respectful children. She is an honest, caring and hardworking individual. She's always willing to work In unison with me and partner in coming up with the best solution with anything to do with the kids. She definitely is part of the family, we were all saddened to see you take the next step in her life, she truly was a blessing to our family.
