We adore Janelle! She is so kind, patient, and thoughtful when it comes to looking after our little one. Our daughter is on the spectrum and it really is hard to find caretakers that we can trust to watch over our special little girl with as much attention and flexibility as we aim to provide her. Janelle truly checks all the boxes! Plus she is an excellent communicator which I absolutely love. She’s so mindful of maintaining our family rhythm and always checking in when our little one might be having a harder time working through something while in her care. Janelle is an absolute delight and we’re so lucky to have found her! Cannot recommend her highly enough!
