About Jada

I am a passionate, empathetic, and outgoing sophomore with a genuine love for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives. As the oldest of three siblings, I have developed a strong sense of responsibility and have been babysitting for over six years. My experience has allowed me to build meaningful connections with children while creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment for them. I also work as a Behavior Technician, where I support children with autism and help them develop important social, communication, and everyday living skills. Through this experience, I have grown even more passionate about helping children reach their potential and feel confident in themselves. I find joy in being someone who can positively contribute to a child's growth, development, and overall well-being.
