I have 32 years of home health. I have worked with a wide spectrum of lovely people who had some set backs in their life. I was the main care taker for my father who had cancer. When it comes time to find a person to take care of your loved one its not easy. I am a firm believer in allowing loved ones stay in the comfort of the place they call home. Jacqueline is very compassionate and committed to the people that she cares for. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that her clients are safe, happy, and feel that they matter. In my over decade long work in the healthcare industry, Jacqueline sticks out as being one of the best people I have had the pleasure of meeting and working alongside with. Not only is Jacqueline empathetic, intelligent, quick thinking and hard working, she is also extremely passionate and dedicated to the work she does. Jacqueline is an amazing caregiver. Her compassion and knowledge is a gift to her patients, their family and others that assist her. I am a CNA for Hospice and home care and she has taught me more in the 18 months that I've known her than the training I took for my job. I would gladly have her care for any one close to me. Colleen cares for people as if they are her own family. She truly puts her heart into her work. She is dependable and honest and always goes above and beyond what is expected of her. Once you get to know her, you will never worry when your family member is in her care. 

Jacqueline cares for your family member as if they were her family member. She is always happy and positive. She is honest, trustworthy, high energy, and her focus is love. She has taken care of my mother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's for over 2 years. When my mother was more active they would go on little day-trips that she loved. When my mother moved to a wheelchair they would still go out and about to the mall and shopping or just for a nice ride round the countryside. Now that my mother is mostly bedridden her fine care continues as she always keeps my mom fresh and clean, has no bed sores and continues her loving happy quality of life. There are still many joyful giggles . When Jacqueline takes on a new client and they are  a good match , She is committed to the end. She also works well with the other family members and is very helpful. You can count on her being there when she says she will be there.

Colleen has extensive knowledge in care-giving including formal/informal education in procedures of owning/running a nursing home.  With each new client she consults with their doctors & family members to gain additional information re their care/medical/medicinal needs.  The clients in her care depend on her for a host of duties; cook/light cleaning/errands/appointments, they refer to her as their angel.  Her quality of genuine care/concern for each client is always evident, & she advocates for them when they are unable to communicate adequately for them-self. Her knowledge enables her to communicate concisely & clearly with medical staff/doctors; many have referred private clients to employ her due to her level of expert care. She's prompt, often sacrifices her own needs for needs of others. 
She's usually booked; very dedicated; if she's available for quality care, hire her fast!


Jacqueline is an compassionate caregiver and loyal advocate for those who are in her care. I've known her for over twenty years and I have seen firsthand how she truly treats every individual she cares for as her family. She also forms incredible bonds not only with her clients but their families as well.  She also is an asset in a client's care team with their medical staff due to her extensive knowledge and experience in the medical field. Colleen has such an amazing spirit. Full of love, energy and is one of the most reliable people I know. She pours her heart into everything her hands touch. She doesn't just give great service, she gives services from the heart and encourages everyone around her. Colleen is one of those people you just can't help but smile when she is around and miss her when she's gone. In her work environment her care is absolutely amazing. I personally witnessing her love towards the elderly, always giving them a voice and a life they have dreamt of having. She takes them on adventures to see the scenery, makes them breakfast, has their hair and nails done weekly, dedicates all her time into that person she is caring for, even if its on her own dime. Defiantly would recommend Colleen in the future!

She will tackle anything. She was a fantastic help while I tried to care for my wife who had severe dementia and had a colostomy. Colleen knew just how to handle her so she didn't go into a rage. 

Ms. R. took care of my Elder Sister for Years, and she went above and beyond in her care. I didn't have to worry as much, as Ms. R., made sure her medication was set up, and her Doctor Appointments were made. She took care of all of her personal hygiene care, and healthy meal preparations. Her quality of work was outstanding, and consistent.
