About Jacob

Hi! I'm Jacob, a caring father and experienced child-development professional who has built much of my career around supporting children's growth, learning, and well-being. I currently work as a Behavioral Technician in a school setting, providing individualized support to students with behavioral, developmental, social, and academic needs. My background also includes ABA-based interventions, in-home behavioral services, elementary school experience, and youth programs. I'm patient, dependable, and nurturing, and I believe every child deserves to feel safe, respected, encouraged, and understood. I enjoy reading, music, play, outdoor activities, homework help, and creating age-appropriate routines. I'm trained in CPR/AED, First Aid, mandated reporting, crisis prevention, and child safety. As both a professional and a dad, I understand the trust families place in a caregiver and strive to provide the same kindness, patience, and attention I would want for my own child.
