About Jaanvi

As a Resident Assistant, I help elderly residents with their daily needs while ensuring they feel safe, respected, and comfortable. I assist with activities of daily living such as mobility, personal care, and medication reminders, and I'm always attentive to changes in their physical or emotional well-being. I also take time to build genuine connections by listening to them, offering companionship, and encouraging independence whenever possible. Supporting elderly individuals is meaningful to me because it allows me to make a positive impact on their quality of life while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
