Irina joined us when our son was 5 months old, and we were comfortable with her immediately. She became part of our family, and when she had her own daughter, we were happy to have Irina return after maternity leave with her new little one in tow. Irina's warmth, attention, artistic flair and natural way with kids has made her unforgettable - she's still part of our circle now that our son is school age. 

Irina worked with my three-year-old son for a little over a year on a part-time basis.  We met her through a friend who highly recommended her.  She is reliable, warm, and my son loved her and spoke about her all the time.  Best of all, she is extremely creative and able to do crafts and projects that I never would have thought of.  We definitely recommend her highly for your family!

Irina is a super enthusiastic babysitter.  She's extremely vigilant and intuitive in regards to what our boys wanted and needed. She blended right into the family very quickly and our only regret is that she had to move to a different state one month later, just as everyone got so used to her coming by.

Irina took care of our twin boys like a champ, at times, she even changed the boys' diapers and gave them a quick wash, something we didn't expect her to do at all. She really helped the family take care of things we needed to take care of by taking 100% of the boys attention, walked with them outside while they slept in the stroller and when our four and a half year old daughter came back from PreK, she even helped out with her homework and projects! Definitely exceeded our expectations - she was our first babysitter ever.

Irina is a gentle, nurturing, and very fun babysitter with whom my daughter had the most wonderful time. She helped us out during the pandemic when I had to be at work in-person and my daughter was doing remote school. She played games with her, came up with interesting activities, spent ample time with her outside. We really loved having Irina with us and are super grateful to her for her help during a difficult time.

My 5 year old daughter loves Irina. When she learns Irina is coming, she jumps with excitement. Irina is very creative in the ways she plays with children. She is always on time and has great communication skills. Also, she knows how to style up a girl's hair very nicely :-)

Irina watched my infant son while I went to work. Now my son is two and a half and I'm expecting another and I can say a sitter like Irina is hard to find. She is punctual, respectful and trustworthy. Irina kept me informed with pictures and if she was unsure of something she would always text and ask me first. Irina took my son to the park, played and read books with him. One hundred percent of her attention was on my son all the time. She would also tidy up his toy area and clean his dishes. She is CPR certified and has a solid knowledge of child development, which helped my son reach his milestones early.

Irina has been with our now toddler for more than 2 years. Our son is almost 3 years old now, and we are all very happy and thankful that Irina played such an important role in our life. We are very sad to say good-buy, but it's only because we are moving and transitioning to daycare. She was very present and engaging during her time with our son. She took him for walks, fed, changed and put him for nap. He loved listening to her read to him in both Russian and English, playing various games, painting and drawing with her. Irina was very flexible with her extra time and we trusted her completely. I would highly recommend Irina to anyone looking for a babysitter/nanny for their child.

That Irina is extremely caring and always on time if not early.  My nephew K. loves Irina like family and she treats him as such.  Its easy to see why children love her once you meet her.  I would strongly recommend her to any one who is looking for someone to help take care of their children.  She is extremely hardworking and dedicated to whatever task at hand. 

She loves and treats children she is working with as if they are her own.  You will be thrilled with her work and comforted in knowing your children are in good hands!

Irina was babysitting my daughter (4.5 y.o.) a few months back and we couldn't have been any happier! She is passionate about kids, trustworthy, kind; she was very attentive, super careful and detail oriented. She would send pictures and messages assuring everything was fine. 
She is getting along with the kids so very well - my daughter asked me if she was coming back when she left and when. she's smart and educated, thinks on her feet and keeps the child busy and entertained. We loved her. Will definitely use her services again!

Irina loves kids and they feel it. She is very patient and my baby daughter really enjoyed spending time with her. I was calm and confident that I can do my things while Irina is with my baby. She stayed with us for a month and I would gladly hire her again. Recommended!
