My son had some behavioral challenges in the face of Covid / at home school. Several other care givers didn't work out for us. But Irene came in and quietly saved the day. She earned my son's respect by being firm but warm and fun. I was amazed at how they clicked and were able to get school done with no complaining or drama, they really got into a rhythm and had a lot of fun together. Irene is great - we will keep in touch with her for a long time.
