About Irem

Hi! My name is Irem. One of the reasons I became an au pair was actually very simple: I knew I would never get to be a child again, but working with children gives me the chance to experience their curiosity, excitement, and joy every day. I have several years of childcare experience with children of different ages, from newborns to school-aged kids. I have experience caring for a 1. 5-year-old girl, and I've also helped a mother care for her newborn twins. For the past two years, I have been caring for the same two girls, who are now 5 and 7 years old. Being with the same family for such a long time has allowed me to build a close and trusting relationship with both the children and their family. I love keeping children active and engaged playing games, spending time outdoors, reading, and finding fun activities based on their age and personality. I'm also comfortable with preparing simple meals, helping with children's routines, and light housekeeping related to the kids.
