About Hilary
Experience: 5 yrs
My name is Hilary, I'm 26 and from Cartagena, Colombia. I'm a business Administration Professional; I've cared for many children over the years, and each experience has taught me empathy, patience, and the value of loving guidance. I believe in kind, respectful communication and in creating a safe, fun environment where children can explore, learn, and feel supported. I'm calm, responsible, and very attentive to children's needs. In my free time, I enjoy movies, spending time with friends and exploring new places. I'm always open to learning and growing both personally and professionally.
