About Hattie

Hattie was recommended to us by a close friend of my father’s who had employed her to take care of his mother for several years before she passed. We brought on Hattie and two others in June to care for my dad, who had a bad stroke in May (2024). Within two weeks she had learned everything she could about my dad’s complex medical situation, took charge of scheduling appointments, managing medications, and sharing important updates even when unprompted. Do not let her youth fool you. She has work experience across the industry for over a decade, and she can and will fiercely advocate for your loved one as if they were her own family. She took on our struggles without complaint, and provided invaluable help in every facet of the process. Her impact on our situation was the definition of ‘going above and beyond’, and you will not be disappointed bringing her into your life. She is friendly, medically educated, trustworthy, timely, and accomplishes everything you ask of her and more. Hattie is a brilliant, proactive, and compassionate caregiver. She is a consummate professional and a truly empathetic individual who will dedicate her time and energy to your care situation. Her presence made a very difficult time easier for all of us, and that’s what the job is all about.
