About Halli

My name is Halli, and I am 25 years old living in west palm beach. As an experienced childcare provider with over a decade of hands-on experience, I am passionate about fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children of all ages. My journey into childcare began when I stared babysitting at 12. From there, I have worked at summer camps as well as interned at an elementary school. For about 2 years I was a Youth Support Specialist at a residential facility, working with at-risk youth ages 12-18. I am currently working as an Education Coordinator at a treatmebt center. My approach to childcare is rooted in patience, trust, and genuine care for each child's well-being. I believe in fostering open communication with children as well as parents, ensuring that I understand their expectations and concerns.
