About Hadley

Hi! I'm Hadley, an experienced childcare professional with a bachelor's degree in Child Development & Family Relations and a minor in Education. I have several years of experience working directly with children and families and currently work in special education. I'm patient, dependable, caring, and energetic, with a strong understanding of children's developmental, social, and emotional needs. I'm comfortable working with children of different ages, abilities, and personalities, and I love creating an environment where kids feel safe, supported, and able to have fun. I'm happy to help with homework, routines, activities, outdoor play, meals, and more. I'm currently looking for part-time opportunities with local families, especially during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and school breaks. I'd love to find a family I can build a great, lasting relationship with!
