Hi there! I am a RN with over 16 years experience working primarily in geriatrics, home health and hospice. I also have experience in ICU, heart failure, dementia and was primary home nurse for 18-year-old quadriplegic for several years. Since 2016 i've gained a great deal of experience as a hospice RNCM and caring for those- AND thier loved ones-in thier last days/weeks/months has become my passion. Most recently, I've had families hire me to oversee thier loved ones in-home/hospice care, while working in conjunction with the hospice company/nurse that comes to thier home 1-2x a week. I have been blessed with the opportunity to both provide and facilitate families in providing 24/hr care or additional help/education/resources to ensure thier loved one can remain at home. Also available to sit bedside (hospital/nursing facility) to ensure adequate care is being given when family can't be present. Excellent references available
