About Gugulethu

Hi! My name is Melissa, and I'm a caring, patient, reliable, and trustworthy caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with children. I have several years of caregiving experience and understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for every child. I'm comfortable helping with playtime, reading, age-appropriate activities, homework, meals and snacks, bathing, dressing, bedtime routines, and keeping children's areas organized. I enjoy encouraging children's creativity, confidence, learning, and independence while making sure they feel comfortable and supported. I respect each family's parenting style, routines, and expectations and believe communication with parents is very important. I'm attentive to children's needs and always put their safety and well-being first. Whether you need regular childcare, occasional babysitting, date-night help, or extra support, I would love the opportunity to become someone your family can depend on.
