Experience: 12 yrs
Experienced sitter with a degree in elementary education and a master's degree in special education. I have experience teaching Kindergarten through 4th grade and have babysat for children ages 3 months to 12 years old. Comfortable caring for several children at a time. I regularly provide meals for children, help with homework/tutoring, create age appropriate crafts and games, and take children on adventures to playgrounds, libraries, beaches, hikes, etc. I am comfortable caring for children with disabilities and have worked closely with children on the autism spectrum as well as children with physical disabilities. Grace has been fantastic! Characterized by a positive and steady demeanor, our kids still go on about the fun they had with balloon animals--an immediate hit--though not the only activity Grace has come prepared with. Our children (7 and 3) found her memorable and continue to be very responsive to her direction.
