About Grace

I have over 10 years of caregiving experience, beginning with helping a neighbor as a weekend and evening aide, and later caring for my father-in-law with dementia and diabetes, including blood sugar checks, insulin injections, and weekly outings. For the past three years, I've worked part-time with two families, assisting a senior gentleman with compression stockings, morning exercises, gym trips, cooking, errands, and companionship, as well as providing personal care and shower assistance twice a week to a woman who uses a wheelchair. My longest caregiving role has been as a special-needs nanny, supporting a child with significant disabilities for the past 10 years. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, consistency, flexibility, and treating every person with dignity, respect, and compassion.
