Grace has been taking care of our baby full-time starting from 5 months of age. Grace genuinely cares about our baby girl. She is never on her phone while taking care of the baby, very present in the moment, singing and talking to her. She takes her out to the local park almost every day, sometimes taking her all the way to the Cal Academy of Science even if it's a bit of walk. My daughter is so nicely bonded with Grace - she literally squeals from joy when she sees Grace in the morning. Grace is extremely punctual (has never ever been late and usually comes at least 5 minutes early) and very reliable. I went back to work knowing that my baby is safe and loved in her hands. She also helped us with baby-related household work, including laundry, organizing baby drawer, cleaning the baby area, and making baby food.
