About Glenda

We hired Glenda for two weeks while we were on vacation in New York. Our aunt is 78 years old, completely independent, and very sharp mentally, but we wanted to make sure she had someone looking after her personal needs and reminding her to take her medications on time while we were away. Since we work from home, our aunt is usually always under our supervision, so at first she wasn’t very happy about having someone care for her because she felt she could manage perfectly well on her own. However, when Glenda came to our home for the interview, we immediately met a very sweet, kind, and caring young woman who made us feel comfortable and confident, so we didn’t hesitate to hire her. We could not have been happier with our decision. Our aunt absolutely loved Glenda and was delighted with the care and attention she received. When we returned home, her room was spotless and organized, and she even had her nails beautifully painted. Those little details meant so much to us and showed how genuinely caring and attentive Glenda was. We are extremely grateful for the kindness, patience, and dedication she showed our aunt, and we have stayed in touch with her every week since then. We know that eventually our aunt may need long-term care, and when that time comes, without a doubt, Glenda will be the first person we call.
