Hi! My name is Glady. I'm 30 years old, fluent in English and Spanish, have a clean background check and CPR certification. I have many years of childcare experience, starting with helping raise my younger brother before becoming a professional nanny. I've cared for children of different ages, including infant twins, in both full-time and overnight roles. I believe children thrive when they feel respected, heard, and supported. I focus on creating a safe, positive environment through patience, communication, and meaningful connections. Outside of childcare, I attend school for business administration. I enjoy strength training, kettlebell movements, daily walks, drawing, anime, the beach, and nature trails.
