We had a wonderful experience with Giselle. She came to help us on very short notice and jumped right in with our three boys, all under the age of four. The boys warmed up to her right away, which is not always easy with little ones. She was patient, engaged, and made them feel comfortable from the start. Giselle was also incredibly reliable. She arrived on time, communicated clearly, and was gracious and professional throughout the entire process. Knowing our boys were with someone so caring gave us real peace of mind. By the end of the week, the boys were already asking when she could come back. We are so happy we found her and would absolutely recommend her to other families looking for a trustworthy, capable, and genuinely wonderful babysitter.
