Gianna was an exceptional caregiver for my parents, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She brought kindness, patience, and genuine warmth to every single shift. She was completely reliable. - always on time for every shift and meeting, without exception - and she approached every task with a positive attitude, even the difficult and unpleasant ones that come with caregiving. Her communication was outstanding as well - she was always quick to respond by phone or text, kept us updated, and made us feel at ease knowing my dad was in good hands. Where is Jeff going next week? OK why What meant the most to our family was how she handled the end of my father’s life. She stayed, graceful, compassionate, and supportive through an incredibly hard time for all of us. Her care went far beyond just doing a job; she treated my Dad and our whole family with love and respect.
