About Frances

I'd describe my personality as gentle, patient, and fun. I provide a firm yet compassionate approach to childcare. I like working with kids because I love helping them reach their full potential. I love to teach, play with, and support children emotionally and developmentally. I'm looking for a job that provides ample hours (~32-40 hours per week) and resources needed to safely support the children I will be caring for. I officially started working with kids when I was 14 years old and babysitting. However, I've cared for my two younger siblings for as long as I can remember. In my spare time, I like to do yoga, travel, and eat at new restaurants. One thing you should know about me is that I am completing my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling online. Because my program is online, my schedule is very flexible and open to negotiation. My skills include special needs care, homework help, reliable transportation, and behavioral support.
