About Florence

I am a mother of four and a proud Grammie of four with more than 20 years of professional childcare experience. I have cared for children of all ages, with particular experience caring for newborns and twins. I am dependable, down-to-earth, and comfortable stepping in wherever I am needed. I understand that caring for children also means helping the household to run more smoothly. I take pride in noticing what needs to be done and taking initiative to do it. My goal is to become a trusted and helpful part of your family and not just have an employer/employee relationship. My current nanny position is coming to an end after nearly six wonderful years, so I am looking forward to finding a new family to care for. I enjoy reading, singing, crafts, developmental play, sensory play and finding simple ways to make each day fun and engaging. Most importantly, I will care for your children with patience, affection and the same love and attention I give my own family.
