As an experienced CNA, I've had the privilege of caring for individuals from many different backgrounds, and every person has taught me something valuable. I believe the little things matter just as much as the big ones, whether that's helping someone safely through their daily routine, sharing a conversation over coffee, or simply making sure they feel seen and respected.
