About Fannie

Hi! I'm Fannie, an experienced professional nanny with a genuine love caring for and investing in young children. I have 18 years of hands-on experience caring for newborns, infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and sibling groups. I am a certified Newborn & Infant Care Specialist. Reading is one of my favorite hobbies, and I especially enjoy introducing young children to letters, sounds, numbers, writing, and books. I love using nature and objects from the world around us as creative tools for learning. My experience as a Montessori infant teacher has also strongly influenced the way I approach childcare. I appreciate encouraging children's natural curiosity, independence, and development through hands-on experiences and a thoughtfully prepared environment. I grew up in the Amish community, an experience that shaped my appreciation for family, simplicity, hard work, and the importance of a healthy home environment. I hope to continue working as a nanny for many years.
