About Fabio

I'm an experienced youth development and camp professional with over a decade of experience working with children and teens in camps, schools, after-school programs, and residential settings. I have experience supervising youth, leading recreational and enrichment activities, managing daily routines, and creating safe, inclusive environments. For the past several years, I've also worked with individuals with special needs, including cerebral palsy (CP). My experience includes providing overnight care on a college campus, supporting daily routines, recreation, social activities, and individualized needs. I'm comfortable with overnight and extended care and understand the responsibility that comes with supporting someone while their family or primary caregivers are away. I'm patient, dependable, energetic, and enjoy helping children and young adults build confidence and independence.
