My name is Fabiana, a licensed Home Daycare provider in San Diego and proudly enrolled.

I hold a marketing degree and postgraduate in neuromarketing, and have completed multiple trainings in behavioral therapy and child emotional development. 

To obtain my license and military program approval, I completed a rigorous vetting process - including background checks, home inspections, health and safety training, emergency preparedness, and certifications in emotional development.

With over 12 years of experience, excellent reviews, and a genuine passion for caring for little ones, I specialize in creating a structured, loving environment that feels like an extension of home - where children grow with emotional security and confidence.

Originally we were looking for an in-home nanny as I was nervous about putting my son in daycare (first time mom!). When we met Fabiana we felt immediately comfortable to the point of relief-tears in choosing her to care for our 6mo son. 

Fabiana has always cared for him like family, which is what we wanted in a caregiver. She’s communicative and sends us photos daily so we can see their daily activities. If ever another child in her care shows signs of illness, she immediately notifies us so that we can monitor our son. In addition to that, her home is always clean and child-safe. 

Fabiana has also been flexible with us if we ever needed to make some adjustments to our drop-off/pick-up schedules. She’s even helped me during a weekend so I could host a baby shower for a friend. 

We feel honored that have had Fabiana caring for our son for many months now and would recommend her to anyone. 

Fabiana has truly been a godsend to our family. She goes above and beyond into pouring her love and nurturing into our son and she has always reassured me with her actions that my son is safe. Being in the military and having an unpredictable schedule has been nerve wracking, but Fabiana has always been  really flexible with being able to keep him longer and has always communicated to me when she is unable to and will try to work with my family to try to find a solution. She has become a part of our family and I will always recommend her to anyone because I have seen how much of herself she pours into taking care of my child. For her it’s not just babysitting, it is making sure they feel loved, safe, comfortable, and secure so that they have a place where they can grow judgment free. There has never been a time where I have felt hesitant or scared with trusting my son with her.  I highly recommend her for anyone looking for childcare. She is an amazing person and friend. 

She is the ultimate gift!! She is so caring with my child, and it never felt like it was a caregiver, it felt like family. She met every possible need when it came to care and she was always available when I needed her. 

Fabiana is an amazing caregiver for our 15 month old daughter!! Her home daycare set up is perfect for little ones to play and have fun. She has been very flexible with our schedule and we know our daughter is in the best hands! I highly recommend her if you are in search of a sitter!

I highly recommend Fabiana. I have known her for more than nine years. She has worked for me at my Family Child Care in Cardiff, CA. She’s fantastic with kids and has a lot of experience!  During the period that she worked for me, I never had any problems with her. She is a amazing brazilian cook and really easy person. She’s very responsible. She also worked directly with me as a Nanny, and my boys love her!

Fabiana was a nanny for my 15 year old while I was out of the country for a week. She was responsible for pick up and drop offs at school, staying overnight 5x and ensuring my daughter was fed and did her homework.

Overall, I think that Fabiana was punctual and engaged really well with my daughter. But I feel Fabiana failed to deliver in the areas of: light cleaning, purchasing groceries and preparing dinner some nights (being a great cook was something she brought up and marketed herself as during her interview). 

Although I provided a grocery and fun budget while I was gone, she never purchased groceries for the house in the 5 days that she stayed over and never cooked. My daughter ate out every night and was left in a pinch for food the evening I returned because there were no groceries! 

I would hire her again for after school or weekends but not for an extended job again.


Fabiana was a true pleasure to work with. She is reliable and very engaging with my kids (8 and 6 years old). She was responsible for picking the kids up from school, preparing their lunch, driving them to activities, and sometimes helping with homework. Fabiana is the type of person that will sit down on the floor to play with your child, make them laugh and have a great time together while being super responsible. She has a driver license and her own car that she used to drive the kids when needed. I would definitely recommend her. My kids loved her.

Faby has been amazing and very reliable support for my 6 month old. She is great with babies and is patient with babies so that's a positive skill she has. Additionally, she is very flexible and is always willing to help irrespective of the situation so I really appreciate the help she provides to our family.

She is very punctual and professional, has a reliable car and helps with light housekeeping. Both of my kiddos love her (8 year old and 2 year old)

Fabiana has a great, positive energy that the kids really gravitated towards. She is very punctual and communicative. You just have to be very clear about what you want and she will make it happen. She is very friendly and family oriented.

Faby babysat for me twice a month, she is awesome babysitter. My 8 months year old daughter loved her. She was able to babysit on very short notice, arrived on time, cared for my son. If we had not moved from the San Diego area, I would definitely be using Faby  again!Faby was wonderful!! She loves children and I completely trusted her with my daughter. She is easy to contact and keeps you updated while babysitting. I would definitely hire her again when I am in the San Diego area.
