About Ermania

Hi! I'm Ermania, a caring and dependable childcare provider with experience in daycare settings, an autism center, and private family care. I began my career working in a daycare, where I cared for infants and young children and supported daily routines such as feeding, naps, and early development activities. I later worked at an autism center, where I gained valuable experience in patience, individualized care, and supporting children's emotional and developmental needs. I currently work with a family on weekends, and I also have experience nannying for a family with a 10-month-old, where I supported daily routines, playtime, feeding, naps, and overall development in a structured and nurturing environment. I genuinely enjoy working with children and take pride in creating a safe, calm, and supportive space where they can grow and thrive. My priority is always each child's safety, happiness, and well-being, while giving parents peace of mind and reliable support.
