About Erin

Hi! My name is Erin and I am currently pursuing my Master's in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Central Florida in hopes to become a speech-language pathologist in the near future. I love working with kids and hope to go into pediatric speech-language pathology either in a school or private practice. I have over 8 years experience babysitting and over 5 years experience working with children with disabilities. I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida where I was a nanny for a young boy with Down syndrome and involved with TOPSoccer and BestBuddies. Additionally, I was a summer camp counselor at Camp Krem, a stay-away summer camp for adults and children with various disabilities (autism, Down syndrome, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, etc), in California. I love being outdoors and enjoy participating in fun, active games/activities with the children I care for. I also thoroughly enjoy arts and crafts and doing anything that involves creativity :)
