About Erika

Caring for children and supporting their growth and development has always been a passion of mine. I have years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children in childcare, nanny, and behavioral support settings. My background in psychology and ABA has strengthened my understanding of children's individual needs, behaviors, emotions, and development. I am currently continuing my education at Southern New Hampshire University to further my career working with children and in mental health. I am patient, nurturing, responsible, attentive, and dependable. I enjoy creating a safe and positive environment through age-appropriate activities, play, learning, outdoor time, and consistent routines. I am also comfortable with meal preparation. I am CPR and First Aid trained and value open communication with parents. Most importantly, I want families to feel confident knowing their children are safe, genuinely cared for, and supported while they are with me.
