About Erica

Nurturing children's growth and development has been my lifelong passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the families I support. With 15 years of experience, I bring a calm, patient, and creative approach to caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. My background includes a graduate degree with extensive coursework in Early Child Development, alongside certifications in CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am a Certified Registered Nurse, which allows me to provide an extra layer of safety and expertise. I enjoy engaging children through outdoor sports, puzzles, and educational games. Whether I am preparing healthy meals or supervising swimming, I prioritize your family's needs. I provide updates via your preferred method to keep you informed. I am truly honored to be a trusted partner in your child's journey and look forward to becoming a meaningful part of your family's daily life.
