Erica was the first caregiver that responded to my job post. I messaged her immediately and she was prompt in responding back. After talking to her and her reference I hired her to help take care of my husband. She was a gem of a find. Very caring, kind and a gentle sole. She was very dependable, flexible and a great communicator. My husband and she clicked very well. She only worked with us for about 4 weeks due to the passing of my husband but I would hire her again if the need arose.
