Erendira was our full time nanny for a year when my son was 6 weeks to 14 months. She is a fantastic nanny and helped me with R's schedule, transitions through naps/food and helped us navigate the first year as parents. She was able to accommodate our changing schedule on short notice and traveled with me on a few work trips and family trips to help watch him. We transitioned R to daycare at 1 but still use her for babysitting and trips when she's available. I highly recommend her to any family.
